Am I the only one who felt like the customer service was a little slow? I had to wait longer than I expected to get a reply. They did answer my question eventually, so it wasn’t a bad experience or anything, but it didn’t really stand out either. Just kind of average for me

I bought a tool from tilswall and it stopped working while it was still well within the warranty period... which was frustrating because the warranty was part of why I chose it in the first place.
I reached out to support with photos and my order details, but the replies were slow and felt copy-pasted. I still haven’t gotten a clear answer, replacement, or real fix... so the whole process has been disappointing...

I did end up getting the replacement eventually, but it took longer than I expected. I kind of regret not following up sooner because the wait was frustrating.

I’m just not happy with it. I expected better, but it really didn’t work out for me. I’m disappointed, really disappointed, and I can’t say I’d recommend it. Just not happy with it at all

I picked up a tool from Tilswall and it worked fine at first, but the build quality just doesn’t feel that solid. Some of the plastic parts feel thin, and after only a few uses, one of the buttons already feels a bit loose. It’s not completely useless or anything, but I definitely expected it to feel sturdier. Probably okay for small, light jobs, but I wouldn’t count on it for anything too heavy-duty. NOT the most confidence-inspiring tool.

I bought this from tilswall.com thinking it would be decent for the price, but honestly, it feels overpriced. The quality is just okay, not terrible, but not what I expected either. I’m sure I could’ve found something similar for cheaper somewhere else. Kind of regret spending the money on it.

I bought a laser measure from tilswall.com, and the shipping was fine, so no real complaints there. But once I started using it, the measurements kept being off by a few millimeters. At first I thought maybe I was holding it wrong or doing something inconsistent, but after trying it a bunch of times, it still didn’t seem very precise. I contacted support and they did reply, though it took a while, and they basically just told me to recalibrate it. Maybe that’s normal with these tools, I’m not sure, but it didn’t really solve the issue for me. Overall, not the best experience.

I couldn’t make sense of the instructions. I kept reading them and my gut reaction was that something was missing or not explained in the right order. It just felt confusing from the start, so I wasn’t able to follow along.

The return process felt way more complicated than it needed to be. Maybe it was just my experience, but I got the impression they don’t make it very easy if you change your mind or have an issue.

I didn’t realize this machine was going to be so loud. Once I turned it on, it was way more noise than I could deal with. I kind of felt left in the dark because I wish there had been a clearer warning about how loud it actually is
